FAQs

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS (FAQs)

Question:  How should I take care of my new kitten?
Answer:  When you first get your new kitten home, keep the kitten in a small room such as a den or study to allow adjustment time.

Question:  When should I get my kitten spayed or neutered?
Answer:  Consult your Veterinarian.  Generally plan for males to be neutered at 7 to 8 months and females to be spayed at 6 months.

Question:  What can I do to make my home safe for my new kitten?
Answer:  Keep your kitten away from live plants.  Here is a list of those to avoid. Be aware of your kitten’s presence when you use your recliner.
